• Property Protection & Care – keyless entry, detailed inventory lists, property inspection prior to guest arrival and following their departure
• Housekeeping – inhouse housekeeping staff are held accountable to consistently achieve high standards of service that 3rd party services cannot
• Maintenance – inhouse maintenance staff execute a preventative maintenance plan, respond to guest emergencies and manage 3rd party vendor maintenance work
• ROI – revenue management employs dynamic pricing strategies to adjust to changes in the market and yield management strategies to allow short-term adjustments that optimize returns
• Logistics – state & local tax remittance, monthly owner statements, annual P&Ls & 1099s
