Booking the condo was super easy. All of the employees at Amelia Island Vacations were very kind, professional, & willing to help!

We stayed at Sea Dunes for a girls weekend getaway! The condo was super nice, spacious, and very clean! Kitchen had everything we needed and the beach chairs and beach towels were provided. The views from this condo are AMAZING! We saw the beautiful sunrise and sunset both days we were there. We did have an issue with the cable not working on any of the TV's, but the management company was SUPER quick to have someone out to fix our issue, even on a Saturday morning. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice, relaxing, beach vacation!

The property was EXACTLY what we were looking for. It was imperative that we have little to no stairs for our elderly grandparent. Not only was he able to be in all rooms with us because of this, he was also able to go onto the back deck to enjoy the sounds of the ocean! The kitchen was WELL stocked. There were towels galore for the beach. The courtyard between the rooms was perfect for us to grill and chill! :) We would come back a thousand times over. Thank you for letting us enjoy this little slice of heaven. It far exceeded our expectations and I don't think the pictures online do it nearly enough justice!

Members of your team was very helpful anytime I had a question. Easy to talk to every time I called.

Our family enjoyed the stay. Time goes by so fast when the place youre staying is clean and inviting.

We walked the neighborhood and along the beach for our morning workout. Toured the museum and just relaxed on the balcony. I love those huge showers!!

The Sea Oats property is undeniably the most gorgeous, modern, airy, well lit, organized, and clean place Ive rented in a very long time!
